We offer a Certificate Course that consists in 5 sessions, totaling in 16 hours. After an exam at the end of the course, a certificate will be endorsed and presented to students by Dr. Liu Jian-Feng, sponsored by the State Administration Bureau of the People’s Republic of China.

4. Brief discussion on basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicines

6. Follow-up practices after course

About the Course:
The Heart Qi-gung Exercise is designed for preventing cardiovascular decease. It is the etiology, pathology based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine, dialectical therapy, the theory of meridian system, and modern medical theory as a guide to control high blood pressure, low blood pressure, coronary heart decease, arrhythmia, arteriosclerosis and other cardiovascular sicknesses.
The 8-styles exercise main features focus on:
Perform slow motion exercise with relaxed joints and muscles
Focus on rhythmic inhale and exhale breathing
Emphasize on the arm & hand rotations
The Heart Qi-gung Exercise is elected to practice in universities, high schools as well as medical schools in mainland China as one of the national fitness programs.
